Induction training for young masters

Layout training:

  • 3 goals: learn to know the company, create a network, develop yourself
  • 24 participants, , 7 nationalities
  • 3 modules, each 3 to 4 days, spread over 6 months
  • In between activities: business game en network meetings
  • Total investment in time for participant: 40 parts of a day
  • ± 25 presenters and co trainers
  • Activities:
    • Introduction of each department, + transferring knowledge via real case.
    • Network activities, cooperation as a starting point
    • Special presenters from universities
    • Working in small groups on personal development
  • All-in costs ± € 5000 per participant
